We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day full return policy, allowing you to calmly assess how the bioethanol fireplace fits into your home. If you wish to exchange for a different model, color, or size, we are happy to assist. We have made the return process simple: contact us, and we will guide you step-by-step. Once the item is received back in unused condition and original packaging, we will promptly refund the amount. Your satisfaction is important to us – both before, during, and after your purchase.

Exchange & Returns

At Flamia, we want shopping to be secure and easy. That's why we offer a 30-day full return policy on all products. If you regret your purchase or wish to exchange for another item, simply contact us at kontakt@flamia.dk, and we will assist you further and send a return label.

The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it – unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received and approved your return package, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you prefer to exchange for a different model or variant, we will of course handle that too. Just write to us, and we will find the best solution for you.

We recommend that you always keep your receipt and tracking number from PostNord until your return is complete. This way, you are secure if the package should be delayed or lost in transit.
